We are a dedicated family support and empowerment service designed to bridge the gap between families and the complex social care system. Our purpose is to provide practical, emotional, and personalised support to families who often feel overwhelmed, unheard, and unsupported during some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
Every day, families across communities are faced with navigating difficult systems involving children’s services, social care, education, housing, legal processes, safeguarding concerns, disability support, mental health challenges, and family breakdowns. While services exist to protect and support families, many parents and carers struggle to fully understand the processes, terminology, expectations, and decisions being made around them.
We believe every family deserves:

Rebuild and Rise Families was created to provide a safe, approachable, and supportive service that walks alongside families throughout their journey. We are not here to replace professionals or existing services. We are here to strengthen outcomes by helping families better engage, understand, and access the support available to them.
We understand that no two families are the same. Many families do not fit neatly into one category or service title, and their needs often overlap across multiple areas. Because of this, we create tailored support around the individual needs of each family rather than offering a “one-size-fits-all” approach.
Even where there may not currently be a specific title for the support needed, we work collaboratively to design meaningful and practical support solutions that truly meet the family where they are.

A Safe Space to Speak
We provide a dedicated, confidential environment where parents and families can share their concerns and receive individualized support. Our space is built on trust and empathy, ensuring that every voice is heard and every story is respected.
Our services can include, but are not limited to:
• Guidance through social care processes and procedures
• Support understanding child protection plans, CIN plans, assessments, and meetings.
• Advocacy and emotional support for parents and carers, going through the social care system and families who have had their children removed from their care.
• Assistance preparing for professional meetings and appointments
• Attending meetings alongside families for reassurance and support
• Help understanding reports, documentation, and professional terminology
• Early intervention support for families under stress
• Parent mentoring and confidence-building
• Flexible support based on individual family circumstances
